Your Privacy Rights

This Privacy Policy applies to the sites and apps where it appears.
This Policy describes how we treat personal information on the websites and apps where it is located. This includes www.tradehelp.org, www.tradehelpbank.org, www.tradepedia.net, www.tradesimulator.net. By interacting with us, you consent to these practices.

We may also collect your phone number and mailing address, your zip code if you transact through us, advertise with us and present your products and services on our sites and/or sign up for our services. We may collect payment and other banking information. For example, we may collect your credit card number and/or banking information if/when you transact through us. We don’t save or store your credit card number and/or banking information. We collect information you submit or post. For example, we collect and process your product and service reviews and comments. We also collect information when you contact us. We collect other information. If you use our websites, we may collect information about the browser you’re using or your IP address. We might look at what site or geographic origin you came from, or what site you visit when you leave us through the links provided on our sites. If you use our mobile apps, we might look at how often you use the app and where you downloaded it. We collect this information using the tracking tools described below. We may share information with third parties. We will share information within TradeHelp Inc related parties. This includes our affiliates and brands. For example, we might share information with third parties who co-sponsor a promotion or participate in barter advertisement. We might also share information with our distributors and dealers. For example, we will share information to respond to a court order or subpoena. We may share information if a government agency or investigatory body requests it. You have certain choices about how we use your information. You can opt out of receiving our marketing emails.
To stop receiving our notifications, offerings or promotional emails, you can visit your account settings on the site or follow the instructions in any offering, promotional or marketing message you receive from us. Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still send you transactional messages, your account related messages and your activity related messages. These include responses to your questions. You can control if we share information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your California Privacy Rights. If you reside in the State of California, you have the right to ask us one time each year if we have shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make a request, please send us an email, or write to us at the address listed below. Indicate in your letter that you are a California resident making a “Shine the Light” inquiry.
These sites are not intended for children. Our sites and apps where this policy is found are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without permission from a parent or a legal guardian. If you are a parent or a legal guardian and think your child under 13 has given us information, you can contact us at legal@tradehelp.org. We use standard security measures. The Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our sites will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. This includes not sharing your passwords, any private and proprietary information. We keep personal and account information as long as it is necessary or relevant for the practices described in this Policy. We also keep information as otherwise required by law.
We may store information in the United States. Information we collect may be stored in the United States. If you live outside of the United States, you understand and agree that we may transfer your information to the United States. This site and all affiliated sites is subject to U.S. laws, which may not afford the same level of protection as those in your country.
You may access your personal data. You are entitled to access your personal data. You are entitled to correct your personal data. You may also delete personal data which relates to you. You may object to the further processing of such data, as well as object to receiving marketing e-mails. You may exercise the right at any time by writing to us at legal@tradehelp.org.
We may link to third party sites or services we don’t control. If you click on a link to a third-party site/s, you will be taken to website/s we do not control. This policy does not apply to the privacy practices of such third-party websites. Read the privacy policy of other websites carefully. We are not responsible for these third-party sites.
