All User Accounts must be officially registered in the system. Information contained in the Company Profile will allow other Users to identify potential business partners. Once your new account is approved, you will receive a system generated notification prompting you to complete your Company Profile in ‘My Profile’ section of your account on Sfeer℠ platform. All fields marked with asterisk (*) are mandatory. Mandatory information in the General Information and Company Details sections of the Company Profile cannot be changed or edited after being saved.
Registration is free. Free registration comes with free listing of your Company Profile in the Company Directory (being visible and accessible to other platform users), ability to access main trading portal, use general information, access and visibility to global user database, system features, information sources, general data tools and limited publishing rights. Full unlimited system access to all platform services, trading dashboards & portals, conducting business in the main trading portal, unlimited publishing & trading privileges, user-controlled trading system with unique trading tools, internal access to all global users’ profiles, communication and trading modules, digital trading and services mechanisms, apps, real-time trading data - is subscription-based only and is only available to paid Members. Sfeer℠ offers a variety of subscription membership options. No transaction fees, no commissions. All membership plans are ‘time-based’ (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and other plans) with full access for unlimited business transactions and operations. Membership subscription can be automatically renewed, by enrolling into ‘auto-pay’ option in your Account Settings. Prior to expiration of your subscribed membership plan, you will be receiving system-generated auto notifications prior to the expiration date. Please be proactive and renew your Membership on time to avoid access interruptions.
Sfeer℠ may request ‘proof of company’ document(s) to validate legal status of your company. Once your User Account is approved, you will receive system-generated email notification prompting you to access your new User Account on Sfeer℠ platform and complete your Company Profile in ‘My Profile’ section. In order to expedite compliance verification, we may request you to provide us with additional official information. We recommend all new customers to upload and submit any of the following documents in the General Information tab of ‘My Profile’, after your account is approved - i. Corporate Registration document, ii. Certificate of Good Standing (or equivalent in your jurisdiction), iii. Business License(s). These documents are not publicly shared with other users on Sfeer℠ platform, are not publicly displayed and are not publicly available to other users on Sfeer℠ platform. Uploading legal documents is not mandatory but recommended. You may also choose to send us your documents to corp@sfeer.tech, at the time of registration or filling out your Company Profile, or upon request from our compliance team. You can upload any official document of choice, showing your company’s legal name, jurisdiction of incorporation, registration/ filing/ incorporation number, registered office and business address, as a proof of company’s identity, validity, and active status. At your discretion, you can also upload a copy of any shipping document or commercial certificate issued by official 3rd party such as Bill of Lading, Terminal Receipt, Delivery Order, Certificate of Origin, Quality Certificate, Insurance Certificate, FCR, Customs Declaration etc.; Articles of Incorporation; Government issued ID; Government issued Tax ID card; VAT, GST Certificate; DUNS number; trade association membership; or any other relevant document. This information will not be shared with, available to or accessible to other users, will not be publicly displayed to other users on Sfeer℠ platform or any other external domain. This information will only be used by Sfeer℠, along with its strategic compliance partner, to conduct compliance, data screening, trade compliance, ratings, legal status verification, validation and monitoring, good standing verification of your company to access and use Sfeer℠ trading platform and operating system. This information will also allow Sfeer℠ to assign your account a ‘Verified User’ status to be displayed in Company Directory on the platform. This information helps to establish and facilitate a secure business environment, free of fraud, solicitation, and misrepresentation, as well as integrity, good standing, and transactional reliability of all verified users on the platform. By completing this registration process, all applicants and ‘Verified Users’ hereby acknowledge and agree that Sfeer℠ does not provide any representation and warranty as regards to any ‘Verified Users’, any products and/or services transacted on the Sfeer℠ trading platform, and/or legal compliance of any such transaction. Sfeer℠ also makes no representations about the reliability of the features of this Site and all affiliated Sites, the Content, User Content, as defined in the Terms of Use, or any other Site feature, and/or regarding the amount of time that any Content or User Content will be preserved, and disclaims all liability in the event of any service failure. Further, Sfeer℠ requires full compliance by ‘Verified Users’ with all ESG & Sustainability (“ESG&S”) laws, rules, and regulations applicable to products, services, and related transactions, in any applicable jurisdictions. We appreciate your cooperation and courtesy to other users on the platform.
